Visiting.

Where are you?
108 N Peters Road in West Knoxville, with free parking right outside. Map and directions are on About & Contact.
When are you open?
Our current hours are always on About & Contact.
Do I need a reservation?
Not for open play: just come in. Birthday parties, tutoring and free iCode trial classes are booked ahead online.
What ages are welcome?
All ages. In open play, under-13s need a parent or guardian in the building. Classes, Study Hall, tutoring and parties are supervised, so drop-off is fine for children taking part. Please pick up on time.
Can I bring food and drink?
Food and drinks are sold here, and members get 20% off, so please don’t bring outside food or drink. The one exception is a cake or other dessert for a birthday party.
Is Knox accessible?
Yes. There’s a step-free entrance and an accessible restroom. Call us if you’d like help planning your visit.

Playing.

How much does it cost to play?
An Esports Day Pass is $19.99 at the front desk and covers open to close, with no hourly meter. Regulars save with a membership.
What do I need to bring?
Nothing: PCs, consoles, headsets and games are all here.
Can I bring my own headset, mouse or controller?
Yes. Plug in your own headset, mouse, keyboard or controller. Staff can help, but you’re responsible for your own gear, and please don’t install software.
What can I play?
54 gaming PCs and 15 consoles with a big library of popular games. Looking for a particular title? Ask at the desk.
Can kids play M-rated games?
Rated M games aren’t part of kids’ birthday parties, camps or classes. In open play, under-17s can play them only with a parent’s OK, given in person or recorded at the front desk.
Do you run tournaments?
Yes. Tournaments and league nights are on the Calendar, and each flyer has the date, entry and how to sign up. To host your own tournament (up to 70 players), see Events & Venue.

Memberships.

Which membership is right for me?
Esports Gaming ($39.99 a month) is unlimited esports gaming. Social ($19.99 a month) is unlimited tabletop gaming, first pick of new card drops in the store and a free Esports Day Pass every month. Both include 20% off food and drinks. Study Hall ($99 a month) is Tuesday-night homework and math help for K–8th grade.
How does billing work?
When you join, you pay for the rest of this month. After that, the full price is charged on the 1st of every month.
How do I cancel?
Sign in on the Login page and press Cancel membership, or ask at the front desk. Your membership keeps working until the end of the month you’ve paid for, and you won’t be billed again.
Can I pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay?
Not for memberships online: they need a card kept on file for the 1st, and Apple Pay and Google Pay can’t be kept on file. Parties, tutoring and card orders take both.

Birthday parties.

How do I book?
Pick a size, length, day and time on Birthday Parties and pay online. The time is yours the moment you pay. Book at least 48 hours ahead; for anything sooner, call us.
How many kids can come?
Up to 10 players in one private room, or up to 20 in both rooms with the wall opened. Groups of 11 or more need the 20-player party.
Can parents stay?
Yes. Parents are welcome to stay, at no charge, with no limit.
Are staff there the whole time?
Yes. Staff are with the group for the whole party.
What do the kids play?
Anything in our library that suits their age. Rated M games aren’t part of kids’ parties. Tell us what the birthday child loves and we’ll have it ready.
Is food included?
Yes. A 10-player party gets 3 pizzas and a 20-player party gets 6, cheese or pepperoni, with a bottled water for each child. Soft drinks are available to buy, and you’re welcome to bring a cake or other dessert. Other outside food and drink isn’t allowed.
What if we need to cancel or change the date?
Call us at (865) 214-7188. Tell us 14 days or more ahead for a full refund. Closer to the date, you can move it once for free, even at the last minute if the birthday child is sick. Refunds & Cancellations has the details.

Ages 5 to 15, from first lines of code to robotics, drones and game design.
